SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (FRENCH SPEAKING)

As a Senior Consultant, youll be the driving force behind delivering high-impact Contract Hire roles across France, owning the full 360° recruitment experience — from defining role requirements to candidate submission, placement, and ongoing contractor support . Youll also take the lead in mentoring and guiding our Junior Consultants in Manchester ️, turning them into recruitment superstars while ensuring we deliver top-notch service to our French market . What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Role Analysis: Team up with clients to nail down role specifics.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Scout top talent via networks and job boards.
  • Candidate Screening: Preselect candidates to match SOMA standards.
  • Interview Prep: Equip candidates for client interviews.
  • Job Qualification: Clarify job requirements with clients.
  • Process Management: Oversee recruitment from start to finish.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior consultants in role and candidate assessment.
  • Consultant Follow-Up: Conduct monthly check-ins on consultant missions.
  • Code of Conduct: Adhere to NES Fircroft’s code and HSE policy.
  • Additional Tasks: Take on extra responsibilities as needed.
  • Budget Monitoring: Track budget activities weekly.

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Specializing in Economy, HR, Marketing, or Foreign Languages.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French at a professional level.
  • Recruitment Expertise: 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
