AS SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, YOU WILL:

• Be a hands on 360 recruiter, your main objective will be to develop your market across your specialist market
• Grow your database by consistently adding new, quality candidates, clients and contacts
• Compose attractive, eye catching adverts for the opportunities you are recruiting for
• Build long lasting relationships with your candidates
• Develop, maintain, build and nurture excellent client relationships.
• Build your own brand awareness within your specialist market
• Negotiate contracts
• Promote our services to new and existing clients and contacts in order to develop new relationships.
