A full-time vacancy has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join and complement our professional and dynamic team in Exmouth. This is a full time permanent role. The job is office based, with the opportunity of 1 day working from home after probation.
The working hours are Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
SynergyVets are the market leading Recruitment Agency in the Veterinary Sector having been established since 2009. We work nationally to provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to an established client base within the Veterinary Industry.
The ideal candidate for this vacancy will have 2+ years previous proven Sales experience (ideally in recruitment). As most client contact is over the phone and via email, an excellent telephone manner, and good written English skills are essential. You will need to have good organisational abilities, be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships, work well in a competitive team environment and be target driven. You must also be competent with all Microsoft Office programs, and have experience working with ATS systems.
This job offers fantastic earning potential for an outgoing, forward thinking sales enthusiast. On Target Earnings of £40,000+ per annum, with highly attainable targets, and uncapped commission.
