Do you have a knack for finding and attracting top talent while creating a compelling employer brand? We are looking for a Senior Recruitment & Employer Branding Partner to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition strategies and enhancing our employer brand to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet our staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage our social media presence and content related to employer branding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and employer branding effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and employer branding performance.
