This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 3 days in an office every week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and framework of the Bank’s Recruitment & Onboarding strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce plans and maintaining an employee-centric mindset.
- Act as a pure SME for Recruitment & Onboarding, co-creating our strategy for the future. Work closely with HR teams and senior leaders across the Bank, driving strategies locally with a global mindset aligned with the Santander Group.
- Design and establish the type of talent required through our recruitment strategy, ensuring a superior people experience for all internal, external, and international candidates, including emerging talent.Drive a community of practice, acting as a trainer, coach, and facilitator for the Strategic People Solutions team. Share technical CoE experiences and skills to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes
