YOUR PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business, a high level of drive, and a desire to work in talent acquisition within a technically oriented organization.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • An educational background in HR or a similar relevant field
  • +3 years’ experience within recruitment, preferably in a technical organization within the energy sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with searching candidates through LinkedIn
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written and an advantage if you also speak and write Danish

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates across a diverse range of professions, including engineering, technology and sales. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless and successful experience for both candidates and the organization.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Advising and supporting hiring managers on recruitment related activities
  • Identifying job requirements and determining qualification criteria for candidates
  • Crafting sourcing strategies through multiple channels, in particular LinkedIn
  • Creating and posting job ads on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Driving competency-based interviews with feedback on personality profiles and cognitive assessments
  • Contributing to the development of creating a strong employer brand
