Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Senior On Premise Regional Manager is responsible for leading, guiding, and inspiring the team of executives in their area to ensure that the key Brown-Forman brands are built in our key segments, with the appropriate support/stimulus to ensure presence and prominence within the channel.
Through the development and execution of the channel strategy, we must improve the visibility, trial, and repurchase of our brands and implement relevant brand experiences and initiatives for our customers and consumers. The Senior On Premise Regional Manager is responsible for flawlessly executing the channel strategy and complying with the brand guidelines and channel processes.

What You Can Expect:

  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the channel strategy.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the brands’ guidelines in the channel.
  • P&L and ROI management in projects (to ensure the issue of investments in the channel).
  • Negotiation of key accounts in the region.
  • Periodically analyze quantitatively and qualitatively the initiatives, plans, and activities implemented.
  • Analyze the total market and its respective region to understand the industry dynamics, competition, and regulatory issues that help detect areas of opportunity and growth for Brown-Forman.
  • Analyze the target segment, its main drivers, and consumption habits
  • Guarantee that Brown-Forman has a dominant position in the most relevant accounts according to the channel’s segmentation strategy.
  • Get all your executives to be expert ambassadors of our brands.
  • Continuously train and educate ourselves (internally and externally) in the Brown-Forman culture, our brands and our values.
  • Make sure that all executives follow and implement the steps of the visit in detail, use the principles of effective negotiations, and use Salesforce as a work tool.
  • Always encourage responsible consumption and promote it by example.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop the best talent for Brown-Forman.
  • Responsible for developing the team’s career plans (functional and leadership skills).
  • Guarantee the correct planning and execution that ensures we have the most important accounts: distribution, price, visibility, training and motivation, mixology and brand experiences.
  • Proper implementation of the budget strategy applied in the On-Premise channel.
  • Impeccable management and control of the operational and travel budget in your area.
  • Control and monitoring of compliance with customer commitments in activities, volume, and value, making speed and/or displacement plans to guarantee the success of commercial agreements.
  • Impeccable administration and control of your clients’ databases (salesforce) always guaranteeing up-to-date and quality information.
  • Ensure our accounts identify Brown-Forman as a business partner rather than a supplier.
  • Maintain active communication with the team of Wholesalers in your area to ensure proper business processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business or related.
  • Previous experience: +4 years leading On-Premise and/or sales teams for global consumer product brands with expertise in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge / Personal Skills:

  • Languages: English
  • Software or special programs: Office package, Google tools, high-level web platforms, etc.
  • Knowledge of market analysis platforms. Nielsen, ISCAM, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize.
  • Knowledge in finance, marketing, effective negotiations, coaching, and leadership.
  • Hospitality management + luxury brand studies are a plus.
  • Knowledge of audit processes and customer service
  • Knowledge of consumer habits in the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with negotiating compromises with stakeholders and striving to reach the most beneficial agreements for the company. It may involve building relationships with suppliers and customers and ensuring products are profitable.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credible strategic partnerships across multiple business areas
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Smart negotiator who thinks independently and strategically
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of the use of data analysis and metrics, and the ability to translate data, research, and trends into actions
  • Ability to set a positive example for others by following high ethical standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
