As a Senior Registry Officer, you will coordinate the day-to-day operation of scheduled hearings by liaising with Tribunal members and parties to a hearing, providing information to clients and stakeholders and maintaining files in order to support the Tribunal in meeting its statutory obligations relating to the scheduling and conduct of hearings to review persons receiving treatment under the Mental Health Act, 2007.
Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $97,027 - $107,059 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Allocation of duties is rotated daily between 3 to 4 team members which includes the clearing of the team generic inbox, in outlook; entering hospital patient lists in our client management system; scheduling hearings. Processing applications for community treatment orders; triage & response to telephone enquiries from reception; processing variations to orders & matters that have been adjourned
