Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Banking & Finance
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
8 - 10 years of relevant experience
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
- Strong knowledge of trade finance and corporate banking products and procedures
- Strong credit and financial analysis skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated track record in being able to proactively generate solutions and in procuring support from internal stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Actively solicit and develop new customer relationships and deepen engagement levels with existing customers.
- Effectively understand/identify/assess customer needs, to be able to recommend effective solutions and proactively pursue business opportunities with existing and new customers who fall within the Bank’s risk appetite / business strategy.
- Conduct regular credit reviews with thorough analysis of customer’s credit standing.
- Proactively monitor transactions and credit quality, and implement appropriate strategies to actively manage the relevant risks.
Provide timely and effective customer service to build good customer engagement and satisfaction.
