MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Banking & Finance

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

8 - 10 years of relevant experience

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

• Strong knowledge of trade finance and corporate banking products and procedures
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated track record in being able to proactively generate solutions and in procuring support from internal stakeholders

• Actively solicit and develop new customer relationships and deepen engagement levels with existing customers.
• Effectively understand/identify/assess customer needs, to be able to recommend effective solutions and proactively pursue business opportunities with existing and new customers who fall within the Bank’s risk appetite / business strategy.
• Conduct regular credit reviews with thorough analysis of customer’s credit standing.
• Proactively monitor transactions and credit quality, and implement appropriate strategies to actively manage the relevant risks.
  Provide timely and effective customer service to build good customer engagement and satisfaction.
