Responsibilities:
- Act as a relationship manager to some of Citco’s key clients, including investment banks, private equity firms, aviation Lessors and fund managers.
- Work with the Governance and Transaction team on corporate governance and company secretarial matters and assist in the managing, mitigating and monitoring of corporate governance risk.
- Ensure all on-going statutory, legal and transactional obligations of a portfolio of SPVs in structured finance and Capital Markets deals are met and ensure good corporate governance throughout.
- Maintain overview of ongoing client requests and assist team members in responding to these.
- Provide training and development to team members in the areas of good corporate governance and client management.
- Assess and provide input into the take-on of new clients, including ensuring KYC is completed in accordance with Citco’s internal policies.
- Attend client board and committee meetings. Review draft minutes and action point lists from board and committee meetings drafted by the team in a timely manner.
- In time – act as a director on the board of client companies.
- Support the management team in maintaining, reviewing and revising internal controls and policies.
- Work with the Citco internal risk and compliance team towards process improvement/development and efficiencies.
- Attend meetings of prospects and business partners to present Citco and its services. Participate in business trips for visiting existing clients, intermediaries and new potential clients.
- Review client invoicing and invoice breakdowns.
- Responsible for timely cash collection of outstanding invoices
