SENIOR RELATIVITY ENGINEER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Relativity Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Costa Rica. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
• Relativity server, 3–5 years of supporting role. Minimum 2021 version.
• RelOne support experience is a huge plus.
• eDiscovery industry experience.
• Good understanding of general technologies such as Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Linux Server, Database, MFA, Networking, Web, and Cloud (Azure).
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills. Can create any necessary documentation for users.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
• Be proactive and don’t wait to be told to do things.

Responsibilities:

• Support a large enterprise customer with a very demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc.
• Participate in the new data migration projects
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties, both external and internal.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems that involve Citrix, VDI, Windows servers, Linux Server, AD, MFA, and SQL Servers.
• Pick up new eDiscovery technology to provide the best support for our customers.
• Drive and collaborate with other teams to get things done.

Will be a plus:

• Supported eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure
• Knowledge of Windows infrastructure such as AD, GPO etc.
