TECHNICAL AND INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
- Senior level experience in piping, mechanical, static equipment.
- Successfully led teams.
- Process Safety Management experience.
- Experience conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Experience with Preventive, Risk-based and condition-based maintenance is an asset.
- A strong understanding of the systems, equipment, and processes at hand.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret and communicate the results of the analysis.
- A continuous improvement mindset: identifying and implementing ways to continuously improve reliability.

PURPOSE:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Reliability Engineer. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, BC.
We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer who will help us grow our business through successful leadership in executing reliability and safety projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
- Conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
- Developing and implementing new maintenance procedures.
- Designing and implementing new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment.
- Finding new technologies and processes that can improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Developing and implementing training programs for employees.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of maintenance activities and system modifications.
- Document findings and make recommendations.
- Mentors Junior team members.
- Identifies and provides any specialized knowledge and training for team members.
- Evaluates team member performance (when needed)
