You will also be experienced in leading a successful team as well as experienced in data management and data cleansing processes. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary. Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person. As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of developing and deploying CRM reporting and your ability to manage and lead a team of staff transforming data for analysis, export and reporting. It’s a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from creating bespoke data models to developing and deploying SSRS and Power BI reporting. We’ll look to you to liaise with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and to develop effective data management and data cleansing processes. A key part of what you do will be to suggest innovative approaches to developing and deploying reporting and transforming data into actionable insights.
