JASARA PMC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager to join our team. In this key position, you will lead the reporting and analytics function, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions and drive the performance of our projects. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will help us to optimize our operations and ensure we achieve our objectives effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in reporting and analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar applications.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical methods and data analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Experience in project management or within the construction industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing analytics team.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to facilitate data-driven decision-making across various departments.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will enhance project performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
• Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards that provide timely and relevant information to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Lead a team of analysts in the collection, verification, and interpretation of data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance reporting processes and tools.
