In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for running research projects that help provide insights on the Industry, competitors, customers segments, needs and trends related to the company’s services and products portfolio. These research projects will produce invaluable information and intelligence used in business strategy formulation.
  • Develop and apply research methodologies to gather market data from diverse sources (including client feedback, external and internal data). With experience in both creating quantitative surveys and running qualitative projects such as focus groups and interviews.
  • Comfortable with reviewing large data sets, tabulations and charts to analyze and draw out findings. Experience in excel analysis (pivot tables etc) is beneficial.
  • Assist in creating data and analytics reports; deliver high-quality insights, conclusions, and summaries for senior management review.
  • Help share consumer insights and knowledge across the business, working with various stakeholders and teams in the search for more feedback and better ways to meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on technology, regulations, and industry best practices by continuing education, attending conferences, and reading specialized media.

What skill set do you need, to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Approximately 3 years of practical experience in market research / consumer insights, including experience of various collection methodologies & techniques, (both qual & quant).
  • Excels at project management, data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail; can comfortably plan, organize and prioritize tasks to run various projects on time and efficiently to meet business objectives.
  • Well developed communication skills- Capability to create clear, concise reports (slides) and present findings & formulate recommendations effectively to senior management
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues (7 to 12 months)
