Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Research experience or experience in a staffing or search firm is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with a team of search professionals
- Proficient verbal and written communication
- Strong project, time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in managing data and data systems
- Strong research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Compensation range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on specific industries and positions for each search and develop a plan to identify prospective candidates and specific titles, industries and companies to pursue
- Identify prospective candidates and provide name generation throughout the life of each search project
- Collaborate with Managing Directors, Principals and Associates throughout each search by providing market intelligence to develop further strategies on specific industry sectors and range of relevant position titles
- Research contact information for potential candidates to provide to Principals and Associates for outreach
- Maintain candidate and company information in our proprietary database
- Interact with all members of the research team as well as Executive Search professionals across the US to work toward the successful execution of each search
