Description:
TECHNICAL AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or preferred Master’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in material synthesis and characterization
- Preferred: Familiarity with scale-up processes for material synthesis
- Preferred: Knowledge of safety protocols in a laboratory setting
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
