QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience:
    o 5+ years in commercial real estate research or a related field, with significant GIS experience.
    o Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing teams.

o Extensive experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

  • Skills:

o Proficiency with Esri’s ArcGIS suite and data visualization tools.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
o Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop a plus
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Urban Planning, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

o Evaluate and integrate third-party data sources, ensuring comprehensive and cutting-edge research capabilities.

  • Client Engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Insight & Analysis:
    o Lead in-depth market research and GIS analysis to support business development and client projects.
    o Develop and deliver high-level presentations, white papers, and reports that influence key business strategies.

o Provide expert advice to brokers and senior management on market trends, demographics, and geographic data.

  • Project Leadership:

o Manage multiple high-stakes research projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
o Coordinate cross-functional efforts, integrating data, graphics, and marketing inputs into cohesive client deliverables.

o Mentor and guide junior researchers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

  • Data Management & Innovation:

o Ensure the integrity and accuracy of proprietary databases, continuously improving data management processes.
o Implement new tools and technologies to enhance research efficiency and output.

o Evaluate and integrate third-party data sources, ensuring comprehensive and cutting-edge research capabilities.

  • Client Engagement:

o Serve as a primary research consultant in client meetings, providing tailored insights and recommendations.
o Support business development efforts by producing custom research and participating in strategic pitches.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
