The Role:
The role of the Senior Research Executive is to support the Strategy team in delivering work that helps Catalyx’s clients build their businesses through the development of products, marketing, and strategies that will best meet the needs and exceed the expectations of their end users. The Senior Research Executive is an expert in the end-to-end process, turning complex data sets into actionable insights and innovations for our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
The Senior Research Executive will lead and manage consumer research projects for clients independently and as part of a team.

Core duties include:

  • Identify clients’ research objectives and translate them into research designs.
  • Lead client communication throughout the entire project timeline.
  • Identify the right research targets and prepare the consumer screener.
  • Ensure on-time research delivery and WOW reporting.
  • Prepare any additional ad hoc analysis linked to the project.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and generate meaningful consumer insights.
  • Support the development of new innovation workstreams and their implementation.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in strategic planning, brand management/marketing, consumer research, or innovations (agency or client-side).
  • Knowledgeable about insights and brand-building strategies.
  • Familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
  • Experience in preparing written reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Able to make meaning from large amounts of unstructured content (words, video, or images), turning this into strategic direction or the creative springboard for marketing and innovation.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently.
  • An attention to detail and an exacting standard, with a pride for delivering excellent work that exceeds client expectations.
  • A passion and understanding of new approaches to marketing, insight generation, innovation, or strategy.
  • An excellent mastery of PowerPoint and Excel. Being adept at data analytics tools is a plus.
