We’re hiring a Senior Research Manager, Brand Tracking to play a key role in designing, managing, and executing customer brand tracking research projects. This individual contributor role will focus on delivering deep insights that help our clients optimize their brand strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute brand tracking studies, ensuring they meet client objectives and are aligned with best practices in the industry.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that address clients’ critical business questions.
- Develop compelling PPT presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end research process, including project scoping, questionnaire design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure research projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in brand tracking research, providing guidance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and methodologies to continuously improve the quality of research and insights delivered.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in market research, with a strong focus on brand tracking and consumer insights.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing brand tracking studies for enterprise clients.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill critical insights from data and present them in a clear, actionable manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to clients.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor are essential.

- The target base compensation for this role is $110,500 - $145,000 per year
