REQUIRE SKILL SET:

  • 8+ years experience in quantitative market research, ideally also on agency side.
  • Experience leading and managing (large) project teams.
  • Experience with tackling clients’ business questions and presenting findings to clients.
  • Deep research know-hows and excellent analytical and story-telling skills.
  • Proven expertise in the field of product innovation, brand and/or advertising.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring junior researchers on project deliverables.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage; proficiency in another language is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership: You are the primary contact person of specific client teams and the lead researcher of your projects. You lead the design and execution to meet complex needs and conduct analysis on high-complexity projects and develop strategic, clear, and engaging client presentations. And ensuring high efficiency & quality in the internal workings & execution of studies.
  • Clients leadership: You build, own and grow client relationship and lead all client communications (from a research perspective), co-leading with commercial directors to manage any issues that may arise. You will have an understanding of the client business issues and can see the bigger picture and be able to design and structure a research project to tackle the client business issues.
  • Team leadership: You play an active role in guiding and developing more junior team members. You provide strong guidance on project execution, analysis techniques and final report design/structure/storytelling, and provides sign-off on their deliverables.
  • Expertise: You are recognized as a research expert and demonstrate outstanding understanding of consumer insights in the field of product innovation, brand and advertising
