Spinwell is URGENTLY seeking a highly experienced Senior Resident Engineer with over 15 + years of proven on-site experience, specialising in Highways & Structures projects within the infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional accreditation or licensure as a Civil Engineer is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project success.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, codes, and standards is preferred.
