Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Design & Refurbishment Manager within Consumer Small Business Banking Branch Channel Management organization.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Retail Design & Refurbishment Manager to oversee the refurbishment of our extensive fleet of retail spaces across several regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, space planning, and team coordination within the retail environment. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the refurbishment project teams for multiple retail locations, across multiple regions, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Have experience in large scale retail rollout programs and working relevant knowledge regular and consistent , complex reporting rigors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of refurbishment initiatives.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine refurbishment needs and identify potential challenges before project initiation.
  • Have leadership experience communicating with contractors, vendors, and material suppliers services required for renovations.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Analyze post-refurbishment results, gathering customer feedback and sales data to assess the impact of refurbishments.
  • Ensure consistency in brand presentation and compliance with corporate policies across all retail spaces.
