MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Produce weekly sales dashboard for EMEA retail.
  • Produce month-end reporting and perform variance analysis against the budget /forecast, providing insightful commentary to management.
  • Working closely with Merchandise and Planning teams to forecast sales, margin, and ASP for EMEA retail.
  • Assisting in forecasting and budgeting across P&L, balance sheet, and CAPEX for EMEA retail.
  • Working closely with the expansion team and performing financial modeling for new stores/renewals/refits/relocations.
  • Produce management information and KPI analysis to business partners, delivering insights to drive both short-term results and strategic plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of DTC (Direct to Consumer) Quarterly Business Review packs.
  • Provide reporting to stakeholders in an insightful and actionable way.
  • Work alongside the EMEA Finance team as necessary on new projects, systems implementation, systems improvement, regional reporting, and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Drive vision and purpose; actively share information with team member(s) and communicate clearly about short-term and long-term business plans and related team goals.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Relevant number of years of experience post-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / RA / AA or accounting equivalent).
  • Master-level degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience within a similar role, involving extensive exposure to FP&A.
  • Experience working within a similar Direct to Consumer (DTC) organisation is preferred.
  • Proficient English language skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills, able to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Highly organised and structured, with a strong ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines.
  • Motivated with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement of reporting.
  • High degree of accuracy and eye for detail.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to pick up new IT systems quickly.
