Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the seasonal retail marketing calendar. This will require working closely with Retail Merchandising, eComm, Visual Merchandising and several marketing departments
  • Planning and execution of regional marketing, hyper-local and store opening campaigns
  • Responsibility for and oversight of all marketing activations related to retail - including traffic driving, in-store comms, events and experiences
  • Present plans at partner meetings/sales meetings/retail manager meetings (on stage, digital, in front of green screen and camera)
  • Source and Provide POS Materials, Give-aways, Gift-cards and promotional materials for retail stores
  • Responsible for management of the Retail Marketing Budget, ensuring that all campaigns and costs are effectively allocated and within the budget parameters
  • Oversight and tracking of all retail specific KPI’s and success criteria. This role is also responsible for ensuring that these KPI’s and reporting are shared with relevant stakeholders
  • Management and coordination with Franchise Partners to ensure that they have a similar level of marketing support as owned DTC stores
  • Responsible for providing training and guidelines for retail and franchise store staff on promoting and executing marketing initiatives
  • Responsibility for the B2B Portal as well as the digital visibility of the Jack Wolfskin stores in the YEXT partner system
  • Leadership, guidance and coaching for direct reports
  • Onboarding and Management of retail-specific external agencies
