This is a full-time hybrid role for a Insurance Senior Retail Salesperson at CUSTODIAN LIFE ASSURANCE, located in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work. The Commission Sales Insurance Representative will be responsible for generating new business and providing insurance advice and solutions to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed established sales targets, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Duties will include meeting sales goals, identifying new business opportunities, delivering presentations, generating quotes, and collaborating with colleagues in other departments. You will also be responsible for providing superior customer service to dedicated client base. The more you sell the more commission, Allowance and bonuses you get.

Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to actively listen, understand customer needs and provide clear explanations and guidance
Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues
Understanding of insurance products and services (previous experience in the insurance industry is an asset, but not a requirement)
OND/HND AND Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field
Minimum of 6 months of experience within the insurance industry or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and strengthen relationships
A commitment to maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in insurance products and services through ongoing training and education
