WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

What we need from you:

• Extensive commercial experience at least 4 years in RoR
• Experience of working in a cloud environment
• Communicative level of English (B2+) – both spoken and written
• Eagerness to learn and constantly improve yourself
• Being a team player focused on getting things done

We appreciate if you have:

• Previous experience working in Scrum and Agile Teams
• Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare
• Prior integration in HC experience is a big bonus (examples: FHIR, HL7v2, Redox, etc.)
• As a Senior RoR Developer, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing software backend and frontend solutions
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into software solutions
• Participate in the complete software development cycle: gather requirements, design, develop, test, automate and deploy software
• Document and communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Communicating effectively with other team members and clients
• Oversee and monitor applications staging & production environments
