REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or in related field
- 4+ years of proven work experience as a Ruby developer
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Experience with popular Ruby frameworks (such as Ruby on Rails)
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
- Work closely with requirements, actively participate in backlog planning and task estimation
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Ensure the best possible application performance and quality
