DUE TO BRANCH GROWTH AND INTERNAL STAFF DEVELOPMENT, WE ARE SEEKING A NEW SENIOR RURAL MANAGER TO JOIN OUR HORSHAM BRANCH.

We are looking for people with:

  • Residing in Horsham or surrounds and well connected in the community, or perhaps you are willing to relocate for the right role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality. You will naturally be relationship driven, focussing on how you can value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.
