QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ industrial safety/Occupational Safety / or any other Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Strong collaboration skills; ability to facilitate service team approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and effective time management skills.
• 4-5 years relevant experience in the oil / gas industry.
• Must have been in CONSULTANT’s Organisation for at least 3 years in similar position and must have previous Consultancy experience.

  Preference for the candidate having experience in Saudi Arabi

Job Description

• Responsible to prepare scope of work and methodology of the contract/proposal to ensure that the methods and other requirements are met.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of the consultancy projects (Industrial Safety, Occupational Safety, Technical Safety, Safety Survey and Occupational Safety Audits).
• Develop and Promote the Safety Services including but not limited to Industrial Safety, Occupational Safety, Technical Safety etc.
• Participate and perform HAZID and HAZOP review workshops
• Development of HSE Plans and Procedures as per project requirement.
• Manage and execute technical studies for various projects within the field of competencies as Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Consequence Modeling/ Fire Risk Assessment Studies (FERA), Building Risk Assessment (BRA), Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA), ALARP Study, COMAH/Safety Case Studies, PHA/ Bow-tie Analysis, F&G Mapping Studies, Dropped Object Studies, Emergency Systems Survivability Analysis (ESSA)
• Ensure to follow the local and international standards and guidelines for the Technical Safety and Occupational Safety Studies and/or audits.
• Train and supervise the team for the safety survey and audits.
• Sales and Marketing of Safety consultancy and advisory services
