Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Sales Account Manager – Defence Digital, you will play a crucial role in securing profitable order intake to support our strategic plan. Reporting to the UK Regional Sales Director, you will focus on maintaining and expanding our markets, and work closely with our delivery teams to ensure a coordinated approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve order intake targets and manage sales forecasting and performance.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage account overhead budgets and bidding proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customers.
  • Lead the capture and bidding of prospects and form strategic partnerships.
  • Collect and manage customer feedback proactively.
  • Conduct client-focused research to understand evolving market needs and trends.
  • Participate in events and other activities to promote BMT.
    In terms of location, we have offices in Bath, Bristol, London, Southampton, Plymouth and Fareham and we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to customer sites and international travel may be required.
