How you will make an impact
As a “New Logo Hunter” you are responsible for acquiring new clients in the Med-Tech sector providing long-term support as an Account Manager for those clients you acquire with significant development potential.

Our goal is to sustainably expand our customer base by actively acquiring new clients. You can leverage our experience from over 10,000 client success stories in software and product development.

  • Networking - You enjoy maintaining and expanding your network of decision-makers in the Med-Tech industry. You utilise your contacts to generate leads and gather information.
  • Inspiring – Leveraging your knowledge of market trends and innovations, you add significant value to our discussions, inspire clients, and pique their interest in our offerings. By sharing your expertise and involving specialized experts as needed, you position Zühlke as a trusted advisor.
  • Acquiring - Your proactive mindset drives strategic client acquisition for Zühlke, fortifying our market position. You constantly seek up- and cross-selling opportunities, both with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Guiding - You are perceived by our customers as a trusted companion, guiding them through solution-oriented consulting, proposal creation, negotiation, and ultimately a successful closing.

  • Market understanding – You possess a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the Med-Tech sector and more broadly digital transformation trends.
  • Accomplished in complex sales – You bring extensive experience in consultative selling services, showcasing a proven track record of winning complex sales over several years.
  • Tech-savvy – You have a keen interest in technology and how it can transform the Med-Tech industry with a focus on Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
  • Fluent Communication – You are proficient in German and English both written and spoken communication.
  • University Degree - You hold a degree in technology or a related field.
