Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Administration Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Sales Admin functions for the assigned regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of pricing methodologies within a varied commercial environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Get to perfectly understand the Victaulic sales strategy, objectives and pricing strategies required, and become familiar with the Victaulic product ranges and with the markets we are operating in.
  • Evaluate and recommend pricing strategies that support sales strategies and objectives to the benefit of the Company and ensure they can be implemented in the ERP application. Where required, work close with the Business Analyst to review the possible solutions.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and monitor pricing programs and considerations to enhance sales and maximize profitability. Ensure all sales pricing activities/maintenance are done accurately/timely and comply with company guidelines.
  • Ensure our sales statistics and Sales Administration activities are aligned globally and support the attainment of our sales and company goals.
  • Maintain the integrity of sales statistics.
  • Define, in close corporation with both Sales and Product Management, gross prices for new products and organize yearly price changes and get these active within our existing customer base and for the active projects.
  • Ensure the latest Sales Structure is duplicated in the BI system, resulting in the correct reporting structure, in line with the Global structure.
  • Develop statistical analysis to support sales initiatives and pricing programs for projects, accounts, and distributors.
  • Monitor and report on distributor activities; discount comparisons, project/non-project, product and margin analysis.
  • Perform audit functions to identify weaknesses in data gathering/reporting and take the necessary actions to get this improved.
  • Evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (AI) tools to improve departemental efficiencies and support business objectives
  • Function as the primary liaison between senior sales management, front line sales, customer care and the customer for all pricing and sales reporting activities.
  • Managing a local interface between corporate master data and European sales related product databases
