Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas; coordinating sales meetings; etc.
  • Conduct statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
  • Develop territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.
  • Maintain on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems.
  • Instruct sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.
  • Prepare and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region.
  • Perform sales calculations on sales incentives.
  • May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any economic- administrative career
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial and business analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, team player with ability to effectively collaborate with associates and comfort communicating with key business partners across all disciplines and functions.
  • Solid software proficiency in: MS Tools for Reporting and Business Intelligence such as PBI, Tableau
  • Ability to anticipate and meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to be discreet and to retain confidential information.
  • Must be customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
