EF Education First is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Oslo.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian and strong command of English (both spoken and written).
• Academic background in business, education, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Experience studying, working, or traveling abroad.
• Ambition to grow professionally and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
