THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2-5 year’s experience as an Analyst
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating mindset
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English)
  • Proficiency with key analytical tools (such as Excel) with a willingness to learn and develop more advanced skills
  • Interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships within a multi-cultural organisation

In summary, you’ll:

  • Identifying strategic business insights, gaps and opportunities from internal (e.g., sales, trade investment, marketing investments, etc.) and external (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA, Ipsos, etc.) data using relevant analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI etc.)
  • Producing commercial and organisational recommendations based on analysis and ROI models, utilising the company’s defined methodologies, with guidance from the Senior Manager
  • Working with local teams across different functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain etc.) to understand data inconsistencies and create appropriate means to interpret relevant data and derive insights
  • Assisting local teams to translate growth opportunities identified from quantitative analysis into action-based implementation plans.
  • Analyse performance of key accounts, brands, channels and/or products by working closely with Sales Teams in each market to understand trends, and develop strategies to overcome challenges and optimize growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of Reckitt’s Global Sales Strategy Team, the Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager and Director in producing analysis critical to identify and solve country-specific sales and commercial challenges. The ideal candidate would need to possess a high level of maturity as many interactions will be with senior stakeholders across Reckitt

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In summary, you’ll:
