Job Purpose
As Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will be on the front line of our business, working with ourcustomers and the branch team to drive a high level of service aimed at enhancing the overall customerexperience. Your focus will be on providing solutions to our customers through product application knowledgewhile ensuring accuracy of transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who wantto grow their career in Sales or Operations. What you will do…

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues/concerns
  • Provide customers with expert advice on the selection, operation and maintenance of all the various types ofequipment
  • Maximize/generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders
  • Finalize sales from all inbound inquiries and successful outbound telemarketing
  • Write up rental agreements, and additional administrative requirements
  • Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment
  • Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports
  • Support all team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of previous inside or business-to-business customer service experience withinthe industrial, equipment rental or construction sectors, an asset
  • Ability to make outbound calls and generate sales needs on a daily basis
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong organizational skills

  • Solid and proven computer skill set (knowledge of MS Office is preferred)
