Join a leading retail player in ME , as a Senior Sales and Operations , where you’ll drive business growth and streamline sales processes .

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process from order setting to customer deliveries and payments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and execute seasonal and annual sales forecasts, maximizing business categories and achieving revenue targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Produce detailed sales and product performance reports to optimize stock levels and sales strategies.
  • Client and Order Management: Handle client orders during and post-sales, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.
  • Market Expansion:Drive market growth in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Wholesale Account Management: Establish and maintain wholesale accounts in alignment with brand strategy, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipments and deliveries with clients and forwarders, collaborating with the warehouse to streamline processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies, liaising with government entities such as the Federal Tax Authority and Dubai Chamber of Commerce.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field. -Experience: At least 4 years in fashion/lifestyle or consumer products sales management, with a strong background in premium retail channels and wholesale.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with a solid understanding of sales and inventory management software.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate goals and build strong relationships.
  • Organizational Abilities:Strong analytical, strategic planning, and time management skills, with a capacity to work under pressure.
  • Professionalism: High degree of confidentiality and professionalism, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
