EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Past sales experience is Mandatory
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and sales/customer service skills (over the phone and email)
  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-impact position at our growing company. If you are always looking for ways to do things better and have a proven track record of making that happen, then we want to hear from you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, door-to-door sales
  • Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Meet targets for in-person visits, calls dialed, and leads generated
  • Visit prospective customers in person and call them over the phone
