The Role
We are currently recruiting a Senior Client Advisor for our beautiful Longines Boutique in Edward Street. Our Senior Client Advisor will need to support Boutique Management to ensure operations run smoothly and standards and policies are always met. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, providing impeccable customer service, building client relationships and growing the boutique’s client list.
Responsibilities
Sales & Service
- Support Boutique Manager
- Ensure both personal and store sales targets are being achieved.
- Make sure the highest level of Customer Service is being upheld at all times
- Be able to open and close the Boutique unsupervised
Operations
- Ensure the Boutique operates smoothly in the absence of the Boutique and Assistant Boutique Manager
- The set up and set down process is done in a way that complies with company policy and presentation.
- Daily security stock counts
- Daily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display concepts
People Management
- Ensure the Boutique operates smoothly in the absence of the Boutique and Assistant Boutique Manager
Product knowledge
- Attend regular training,
- Develop own knowledge base
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of all product lines
- Know stock availabilities; delays, back orders and discontinued product
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated retail experience, (luxury industry beneficial)
- Exposure to supervision experience
- Highly developed and proven customer service skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team player
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
