We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager of Global Sales Compensation to lead our compensation programs for both direct and partner sales channels. This role is essential for driving alignment between our compensation structures and business objectives, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and performance driven.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales compensation, with a strong track record in designing and managing compensation plans for direct and partner sales channels.
  • Deep understanding of sales compensation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence
  • Ability to work in fast changing environment, willingness to drive changes
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving ability to be able to provide solutions to challenging situations
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM and Report building is a plus
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement global sales compensation plans that align with Graphisoft’s business goals. Ensure plans are competitive, equitable, and designed to motivate desired sales behaviors.
  • Plan Design and Implementation: Design and manage comprehensive compensation plans for both direct sales teams and channel partners. Collaborate with senior leadership to align plans with our go-to-market strategy, transitioning from perpetual to subscription-based models.
  • Commission Calculations: Ensure accurate and timely commission calculations for direct sales teams and partner managers. Maintain master target files, track changes, and reconcile sales performance against Salesforce data.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of compensation plans. Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments and improvements. Prepare individual incentive compensation statements and performance review reports.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all compensation programs comply with legal standards and company policies. Maintain rigorous governance processes to manage risk and ensure transparency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Business Development teams to support the integration of compensation plans with other business processes and strategies.
  • Communication and Training: Develop clear communication strategies to educate sales teams and partners on compensation plans. Provide training and support to ensure understanding and effective implementation.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to benchmark compensation plans against industry standards and ensure competitiveness in the market.
