Job Summary: As a Senior Sales Consultant at CIP Group, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue through strategic prospect and client interactions and effective sales tactics. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in health and benefits or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a paperless, computer/online-based environment.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
