Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and engage with prospective clients to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships to secure repeat business and long-term success. Become a trusted partner to clients by understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Develop and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster growth opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Opportunity Management: Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from qualification and pre-sales to client onboarding and overseeing the delivery process.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and finalise customer proposals, SOWs, and contracts.
- Service Expansion: Implement sales initiatives across our full service portfolio—Project Resourcing, Advisory, Training, and Technology Services—to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
- Networking & Engagement: Actively grow your client network through referrals, industry memberships, and community involvement.
