Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for commission model/process:, you will actively drive and improve the commission model and process. Carry out monthly calculation of commissions. Communicate, educate and support commission related questions.
  • Sales Controlling: In this role you will work closely with Sales (and the pre-sales and after-sales commercial teams) to set commercial targets/quotas, planning commission schemes for different markets etc. Responsbile for revenue forecast and other sales input into financial budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
  • This role entails personell responsibility of one colleague within the team, hence we are looking for someone who has demonstrated team leadership in his/her past experiences.
