POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible foridentifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and setting the stage for our Business Development Representatives to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage potential clients in the sports and entertainment technology sector
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using various channels (email, phone, social media)
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Business Development Representatives
  • Maintainaccurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to the team’s overall success
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and deltatre’s products and servicesMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas for qualified opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR, preferably in the technology or sports/entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong prospecting and lead qualification abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
  • Experience with Salesloft is required
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo for prospecting and research
  • Experience with social selling techniques and leveraging LinkedIn for business development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
