Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to drive growth across Australia and North America and lead our inbound and outbound sales teams. Reporting to the CEO and board of directors, this role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct, coach, and inspire a results-driven sales team to consistently exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and capitalises on key market opportunities.
  • Establish a clear, repeatable sales process, set measurable goals, and hold the team accountable for achieving both individual and collective results.
  • Continuously review and refine the sales approach to align with market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Utilise sales performance data and key metrics to enhance team effectiveness and overall sales performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, skill-building, and performance feedback to support team members in meeting their targets and advancing their careers.
  • Foster a high-energy, collaborative work environment that promotes achievement, teamwork, and continuous growth.
  • Oversee sales operations, reporting, and forecasting, providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress towards revenue goals.
