JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in the water pumps industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships and providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of water pumps and associated products, we encourage you to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the water pumps or related industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water pumps, associated products, and applications in various industries (e.g., HVAC, construction, utilities).
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and technical tools related to pump selection.
  • UAE Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE market and regulations is highly preferred.
  • Driver’s License: Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and presentations to understand client needs.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding product selection and application.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and customized solutions.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work closely with the projects and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or technical issues promptly.
