JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in the water pumps industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships and providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of water pumps and associated products, we encourage you to apply.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the water pumps or related industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water pumps, associated products, and applications in various industries (e.g., HVAC, construction, utilities).
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and technical tools related to pump selection.
- UAE Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE market and regulations is highly preferred.
- Driver’s License: Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and presentations to understand client needs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding product selection and application.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and customized solutions.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the projects and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or technical issues promptly.
