Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and challenges
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Work with Account Executive team to support value creation for prospects and clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customised solutions that address client requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Own technical engagement and communication across all global accounts
- Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions
- Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap and assist the leadership team
