As a Senior Sales Engineer, you are crucial to driving sales success and customer satisfaction globally. You’ll expertly showcase our cutting-edge solutions, craft tailored demonstrations, and act as the trusted technical advisor to prospective clients. Your role is pivotal in converting prospects into loyal customers and ensuring they
achieve their business goals through our innovative technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and challenges
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Work with Account Executive team to support value creation for prospects and clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customised solutions that address client requirements
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Own technical engagement and communication across all global accounts
  • Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions
  • Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap and assist the leadership team
