SUMMARY:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships for clients under his account. This role involves a strategic approach to sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , or a related field
· 6+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
· Experience in handling high-value clients or managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
· Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
· Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
· Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
· Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
· Identify high-value leads and strategically pursue new business opportunities in the field of IT and ELV solutions.
· Build, manage, and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Conduct detailed needs analysis and create customized sales proposals.
· Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
· Report to Sales Director and form strategic procedures to close leads
· Provide input on market trends and assist in refining the company’s offerings.
· Regular follow ups and potentials clients and leads
· Maintain a good customer relationship
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales executives.
· Share best practices and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
· Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on progress and challenges.
