JOB SUMMARY

- Experience Length : 3 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- Residence: Must live in or near the area.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the airline & travel industry.
- Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, leadership qualities, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and sales events.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Visits: Conduct daily sales visits and complete targets with productive meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Sales Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and sales visits.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving sales goals.
- Professional Development: Attend workshops and training to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
